Terms of Sales

 

Due to the nature of buying and selling used gear, we would like to make some points clear to our customers:

 

- Goods sold as 'as is' condition, we cannot accept returns once the equipment leaves the store. Please check to ensure the purchase is to your satisfaction before leaving the store.

 

- Goods cannot be reserved, either it’s sold or it isn't.

 

- Although we ensure the equipment is properly tested before it is offered for sale, sometimes equipment can fail for no apparent reason. The goods sold is not subject to warranty claims whatsoever, unless the said product falls within the warranty period offered by the agent. In this case, you can seek advice with the product/brand agent to rectify the problem. We undertake NO responsibility whatsoever for products that turn out defective after it leaves the store - within agent's warranty or otherwise.

 

- When we buy in used hifi equipment, we have no means to verify if any form of unauthorised repairs have been done on the said product. As such we make no guarantee for the equipment should it malfunction, fail or perform below specifications after it is sold.
